We work closely with our property sourcing partners at Lemon and Lime Property Group, we work diligently as property sourcers and work closely with our friends at Online Property Auctions Scotland

The Move

Moving house can be a stressful experience. We are here to make the process as smooth as possible.

The Departure

If your stay here in Scotland is not permanent, and you want to move on or back home, we’re here for you. We can assist with all of your needs in terms of easing your way out of your life here, be that help with your move, or with the terminating of all contracts in Scotland.

Settling in

There are so many things to think about when setting up a new home. If you have children, their education will be high on your priority list. We consult thoroughly on the options available, and also offer the scouting out of childminding and nursery settings.

In terms of utilities, we make sure you hit the ground running upon your move in: TV, internet, power, gas – we can line up everything for you.

• Education Consultancy (primary and secondary schools, colleges, universities, etc), childminding services, nursery settings.
• Utility Services: advice on household insurance, on setting up telephone, TV and broadband accounts, and on setting up energy and gas accounts
• Immigration Services: information on registering with the Home Office where required
• Support Services for individuals with additional needs
• Cleaning: cleaners / window cleaners for your ongoing cleaning needs
• General: we will collate your own personal portfolio of services that might be of interest to you: restaurants in your area and further afield, places to go in Glasgow and the wider area, shops, hairdressers… We will provide information on the opening of bank accounts, and the registering with doctors and dentists, and supply general information on the Scottish health system. You can access information on how to obtain a UK driver’s licence and/or UK driver training, as well as a list of sports and other clubs, including Ex Pats groups.
